When AI first arrived on the scene, I was a huge sceptic.
As a professional writer, I was allergic to the idea of using AI to create content.

And sure enough, my early experiments with AI yielded bland emails that sounded fake and nothing like my true voice.
The emails were 80% at best. And that’s not good enough.
But, I knew I couldn’t ignore AI – you ignore new technology at your peril.

I started to understand that:
Using AI isn’t about replacing your writing. It’s about speeding up your writing.

This system assumes you are an expert on your subject.

The email it produces is trash.

I eventually understood that AI can only perform well when you give it exhaustive training and examples of what you’re looking for.
When you feed in the right source material, the AI stands a chance of doing a good job.
And that’s the secret –
By training the AI on your own material, it learns to write in your voice.
But it’s not enough to write in your voice – the content of the email has to be good too.
And so, the next step is to craft the email itself.
To do this, you have to craft a sequence of prompts that tells the AI how to handle the material you give it.
You have to give the prompts in the right order, so it doesn’t get confused.
And then, you have to give detailed instructions for the output you want, in so much depth that it leaves nothing to chance.

That’s why it took me over 12 months to figure out a workflow that produces results of genuine quality.

You can adapt this workflow to create any kind of emails, such as sales emails, but that will require more work on your part and is beyond the scope of the course.
No. You can do everything on this programme with free tools (I recommend Claude for writing). However, there are some low-cost tools that I’ll recommend that will speed up your work, as you’ll be able to use automations and won’t have usage limits.
Yes. I designed this training to be handed off to teams, so they can run with it independently of the founder. However, if you’re a founder, you can use this yourself too.
