We’ll cover the five pieces: mindset, positioning, content, money, and team. How each one works, where they interlock, and why getting any one of them wrong keeps most operators stuck in the delivery seat.

Come with questions. There’s time for Q&A, and the more specific the better.

Before the workshop, think about:

Where you actually are right now. Revenue, margin, how much of the day-to-day still runs through you.
The one thing you’d most like to hand off, if you could design the business from scratch today.
Any specific question you want answered in the Q&A. Bring it concrete.
